Ravpreet Chaggar is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and the founder of Nuummite Psychotherapy, a private practice dedicated to providing integrative, client-centered, and evidence-informed care. With experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, Ravpreet offers a multimodal approach that blends trauma-focused interventions, psychodynamic exploration, cognitive-behavioural strategies, DBT-informed techniques, and mind–body integration to support holistic healing and personal growth.
Ravpreet is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and specializes in trauma-informed care, helping clients process and integrate challenging experiences safely and effectively. She integrates spiritually informed frameworks and holistic practices when appropriate, supporting clients in cultivating resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful change.
